1) Student Portal Access

2) Class Schedule & Events

3) Uniforms, Sparring Gear, & Books

Order anytime at shop.purpledragonatl.com. Pick up at the Dojo during class hours.

4) Parent Action Committee (PAC)

PAC supports events, hospitality, and setup/breakdown. Join by speaking with Shihan Hayden or emailing senseihayden@purpledragonatl.com. We’ll add you to the PAC WhatsApp group and place you on a sub-committee that fits your strengths.

5) Dojo Etiquette & Attendance

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early; line up promptly.
  • Uniform must be clean, pressed, and complete (jacket, pants, belt, patches).
  • No jewelry; nails trimmed; hair secured.
  • Show respect to instructors, peers, and the Dojo space at all times.

6) Missed Classes / Make-ups

Make-ups are allowed within your training tier (space permitting). Check the schedule and ask the front desk to place you in an available time. If bookings are enabled, you can book/cancel directly in your portal. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}

7) How do I log in if I forgot my password?

  1. Go to purpledragonatl.gymdesk.com and select Log In.
  2. Click Forgot password and enter the email you used with the Dojo. You’ll receive a reset link to create a new password. (Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.)
  3. If you still can’t access your account, contact us and we can use Gymdesk’s Send Access Details to re-send your login. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}

8) Updating Payment Info

Log in at purpledragonatl.gymdesk.com and go to Billing → Payment Methods to update your card on file and review scheduled/paid invoices. :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5}

9) Freezing / Pausing Membership

Membership freezes are allowed under special circumstances (medical, travel, etc.). Email senseihayden@purpledragonatl.com before your next billing date to request a freeze.

10) Where do I find the class syllabus?
